I think it’s time for me to leave a review after 6 months of taking skinesa! Taking this probiotic alongside cutting out nightshades has completely changed my skin for the better. During the first two months I had not cut out my dietary triggers, which I strongly believe to be nightshades, so I was still experiencing some flareups, but when I was having these flareups they were not as intense prior to taking Skinesa. Wounds would heal faster, the itch wasn't as intense, and the color not as red. I highly recommend this product alongside with finding out dietary triggers and eliminating them.
